Have you ever imagined what it would be like to wake up in a home full of Xiaomi products? From newly launched smartphones to TVs and frontload washers, Xiaomi gave us a sneak peek of everything new last Friday (March 29, 2026) at SMX Aura. Taking centerstage is the Xiaomi 17T Series, led by the Xiaomi 17T Pro and Xiaomi 17T. Packed with Leica 5x telephoto imaging, Leica Live Moment, and eye‑care certified AMOLED displays, these devices are said to be built for people who use their phones for everything, from creating content and gaming to working and binge‑watching.

Cameras That Tell Stories
Both models feature a 50MP main camera with large sensors (1/1.31‑inch on the Pro, 1/1.55‑inch on the 17T) and Leica Summilux lenses for crisp detail and dynamic range. The highlight is the Leica 5x telephoto camera, capable of 30cm macro shots, 10x optical‑grade zoom, and up to 120x AI Ultra Zoom.
Here’s the fun part, though: Leica Live Moment is like turning your photos into mini‑stories. Instead of just freezing one instant, it captures the seconds leading up to it — the movement, the laughter, the subtle expressions — so your shots feel more alive. Think of it as a mix between a photo and a short clip, giving your memories more emotion and context. On the Pro, you can even shoot these in 4K Ultra‑HD with cinematic zoom effects.
Displays That Care for Your Eyes
The series also debuts Xiaomi Vision Care, reducing blue light, flicker, and motion blur for all‑day comfort. Both phones are TÜV Rheinland quadruple eye‑care certified. The Xiaomi 17T Pro has a 1.5K AMOLED with 3500‑nit peak brightness, 144Hz refresh rate, and ultra‑slim 1.29mm bezels in Deep Blue, Deep Violet, and Black variants.

On the other hand, the Xiaomi 17T sports a 1.5K AMOLED with 120Hz refresh rate and compact lightweight design in Opal White, Violet, Blue, and Black collors.
Power and Performance
There’s minimal difference when it comes to battery, too. The Xiaomi 17T Pro sports a 7000mAh battery, the largest in Xiaomi’s lineup, with 100W wired HyperCharge, and 50W wireless charging. It’s powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 to ensure that everything you need is up and running smoothly.
As for the Xiaomi 17T, powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra, it’s backed by a 6500mAh battery with 67W HyperCharge. Both models feature Xiaomi’s 3D IceLoop cooling system for sustained performance during heavy gaming or multitasking.
