Time flies so fast, especially when you try to keep up with the latest tech releases. Before the first quarter of 2020 ends, Huawei has released yet another entry to make visionary photography possible – the Huawei P40 Series! Following last year’s release of the P30 Pro with Leica Quad Cameras, Huawei took mobile phone photography up a notch this time with the Huawei P40 Pro+ with a penta cam, the Huawei P40 Pro with a quad cam, and Huawei P40 with a triple cam.

We can’t give our first impressions yet as we’re still quarantined at home, but based on the global broadcast last Thursday (March 26, 2020), the P40 series carries new features that may be appealing to content creators (like me!). Aside from the powerful Leica cameras that can stand up to 100x zoom, our favorites include:

• Huawei Golden Snap: Includes AI Best Moment to help you shoot the best shots from burst mode, AI Remove Passerby to help you instantly erase people behind you in photos, and AI Remove Reflection for window shots.
• Intelligent Front Camera System: Enables smart gesture and auto-focus selfie with better bokeh.
• 4K Selfie Video for your vlogs.
• 4K Timelapse with SuperZoom, powerful enough to take zoomed videos of the moon.
• “Hey Celia!” – Huawei’s own take at an AI assistant.

Available in three unique colors, Silver Frost, Deep Sea Blue, and Blush Gold, the new P40 costs Php 36,990, while the P40 Pro retails at Php 50,990.
