Joining the back-to-back birthday celebration of the magical author who brought the wizarding world to life and “the boy who lived”, Potterheads will be receiving more treats on July 31 as National Book Store will be exclusively distributing the official copies of J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in the Philippines.
The eighth story in the series comes to life nineteen years later with Harry serving as an overworked employee of the Ministry of Magic, a husband to Ginny Weasley, and father of three school-age children – James Sirius, Lily Luna, and Albus Severus. Who’s the cursed child? That’s for you to find out.
Magic is about to bring forth more mischief and madness in the lives of our beloved characters as writers J.K. Rowling, John Tiffany, and Jade Thorne whip up a new twist in the realm across Platform 9 ¾.
National Book Store and Scholastic Asia joined the worldwide launch of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child – Parts One and Two (Special Rehearsal edition Script) today at National Book Store, Glorietta 1 through a box opening ceremony witnessed by fans and members of Hogwarts Philippines. In case you missed the magic, here’s a snippet of the celebration:
