Ready-to-drink ‘Jack Coke’ in can now available in the PH

College days. Night party. Lots of fun. These are three things that I closely associate with the term “Jack Coke” but it seems that enjoying this highball cocktail will already be more accessible moving forward with the launch of Coca-Cola and Jack Daniel’s in can. With the availability of this premixed cocktail online and in convenience stores in the Philippines, the two iconic brands are set to bring the party from bars to our own homes. No more bartenders required!

While the whiskey-cola mix has already been spotted in local stores as early as first week of April, the two iconic brands held an official launch last Friday (April 28, 2023) together with Coca-Cola Philippines President Tony Del Rosario, Brown-Forman General Manager Sally Goh, and brand ambassadors such as Chito Miranda, Jeron Teng, Rachel Daquis, and Pia Wurtzbach. Urbandub and DJ Katsy Lee also collaborated on a song to celebrate the partnership of our favorite brands.

Each 320mL can of Coca-Cola and Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey contains 7% alcohol, which is higher than usual canned beers that you can find in stores. Even though it’s readily available, both brands still highly encourage drinking responsibly and adheres to guidelines for alcohol-responsible marketing.

HOW IT TASTES LIKE

Since I’ve been receiving queries on how it tastes like, let me try to explain! The mix is quite similar to the Jack Coke cocktails that you can order at bars, except it doesn’t have a diluted taste due to melted ice, so it’s easier to differentiate the flavors. There’s an oaky whiskey taste and a hint of caramel-like sweet flavor, making it a refreshing drink to pair with snacks or a meaty meal for dinner.

I would suggest that you try it for yourself if you’re of legal age!

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY

Each 320mL can retails for Php 95 SRP and it’s already available in local supermarkets, convenience stores such as 7-Eleven, and online via Boozy.ph, Cokebeverages.ph, Shopee, and Lazada. Just ensure that you’re 18 years old and above prior to purchase!

  1. Ang panalo naman ng idea na ito between Coca Cola and Jack Daniel’s. Hindi na kailangan pumunta ng bar to have a taste of Jack Coke and it is less than one hundred lang kaya affordable.
