The newest nova series smartphone is now available in the Philippines! Meet the Huawei nova Y70 which combines aesthetics and functionality with its pretty colors, big screen, and even bigger battery life. It sports a 6.75-inch LCD display with HD+ 1600 x 720 resolution, a triple rear camera with a 48MP main sensor, and a 6000mAh battery that needs to be recharged only twice a week, according to Huawei.

For the price of Php 9,999, the Huawei nova Y70 also comes with a 22.5W SuperCharge feature for fast charging, an e-book mode for better eye care when reading via the smartphone, a 9.1-channel surround sound through its newly upgraded Huawei SuperSound technology, EMUI 12 with a fully upgraded Control Center for better connectivity, and an AppGallery for app downloads.

INSIDE THE BOX

Inside the box, you’ll find the Huawei nova Y70 with a protective film, a jelly case, a quick start guide, a warranty card, a charger, a USB Cable, and a SIM Eject Tool. It’s the usual set of accessories, although the power adapter that comes with the unit isn’t the usual 2-pin design that would fit in wall outlets in the Philippines.

The photos come out a bit darker than how they really look like in person but it does a decent job in separating the subject from its background. Night Mode is only accessible via Rear Camera as well, but it still comes with an automatic “ring light” feature via front cam when using Portrait/Photo mode in dark locations.
