Working from home may seem like being stuck in a rut. With no clear boundaries between working hours and break time, it’s important that we find ways to address the inevitable burnouts and daily energy gaps. Although it would sound tiring, taking a walk or working out can actually help boost our mood and improve our physical health so we can bounce back stronger! To make this possible, Berocca Performance is offering FREE activities designed to help us recharge and destress in the next few weeks. Mark your calendars and let’s get productive!

Living in a society that puts such a high value on the grind (not to mention glorifying working overtime and weekends), it’s essential to develop a more holistic lifestyle. To help us connect with and learn from the key women of today, The SHEeo Society is giving powerful ladies a platform to have important conversations with us about their version of success and how they manage to spark good energy to their own respective communities. Just in time for National Women’s Month, too!

Berocca Performance is an effervescent tablet of Multivitamins and Minerals that help enhance our physical energy and mental sharpness. I’ve been posting about this brand via my Instagram Stories even before they reached out to help share the word about their activities, so rest assured that this has also been personally tried and tested! In fact, Berocca has been my go-to drink whenever we have early-morning events, late-night shoots, and whenever I’m feeling sluggish. With B Vitamins, Ascorbic Acid, Clacium, Magnesium, and Zinc, a glass of Multivitamins and Minerals (Berocca Performance) is clinically proven to help improve our concentration and memory and decrease bodily fatigue for better fitness levels with proper diet and exercise.
Looking forward to see you in one of these events (yes, I signed up for one)!
