Xiaomi has officially unveiled the Redmi Note 17 Series in the Philippines, and this time, they’re bringing in extra star power. With SB19 joining the launch, A’TINs have even more reason to get hyped about the brand’s latest mid‑range lineup.
The Redmi Note 17 Series takes things further with four new models, including the first-ever REDMI Note 17 Pro Max 5G. Designed for longer-lasting performance, the new series features larger batteries, faster charging, improved water and drop resistance, and an all-new design, bringing REDMI Titan Durability to the mid-range segment and delivering on REDMI’s vision of a smartphone built to last for years.
Leading the lineup is the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max 5G, Xiaomi’s first to feature a massive 10,000mAh battery paired with 100W HyperCharge. From IP69K water resistance to Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, these phones are engineered to withstand real‑world conditions which the brand replicated through booths where you can drop the phone or dip it in water during the launch event.
The Pro models have 6.83‑inch displays with up to 3,500 nits peak brightness, making them perfect for outdoor use. They also feature Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 processors, up to 24GB RAM with memory extension, and true‑to‑life portrait cameras with AI‑powered editing tools like AI Erase Pro and AI Glare Removal. Meanwhile, the Redmi Note 17 5G and Redmi Note 17 offer larger 6.99‑inch displays, turbo charging, and efficient performance tuned for everyday entertainment.
To make the launch even more exciting, Xiaomi tapped SB19 to endorse the Redmi Note 17 Series.
