SNEAK PEEK: ‘Friescream’, Samgyupsal fries, and other things to expect from the first Potato Corner XP Store

Are you one of those who enjoy ordering salty fries and sweet vanilla ice cream for a sweet-and-salty burst of flavors? If yes, then you’re in for a treat because you no longer have to buy these separately at the first-ever Potato Corner XP Store! Dubbed as “Friescream”, this new offering will be available at the newly opened flagship store along with other one-of-a-kind flavors, the classics, cool refreshments, and exclusive merchandise.

L-R: Potato Corner COO Joey Alvero, SPAVI Vice Chairman Ricardo Po, Potato Corner Marketing Director Mathew Whang, SPAVI Group Director for Marketing Oli Sicam, and SPAVI CEO & President Vicente Gregorio at the opening of the flagship Potato Corner XP Store in Glorietta, Makati.

Located at 3rd Floor, Food Choices of Glorietta 4 in Makati City, this flagship store is set to become the new go-to spot for anyone who wants to try all things fries!

Fries Galore: Exclusive New Flavors

While it looks like an ordinary Potato Corner kiosk with just an additional “XP” on the signage, Potato Corner XP isn’t just your typical fries kiosk. They’ve rolled out some brand-new, exclusive flavors that you won’t find anywhere else. Imagine biting into Cheesy Jalapeno and Onion Butter fries goodness! These are flavors that promise to take your fry experience to a whole new level of yum for the same price which starts at Php 41 for regular servings and Php 228 for Terra size.

For the adventurous snackers, they also have Salted Caramel and Samgyupsalflavored fries – an XP store signature for those who want to try unconventional flavors. As weird as it may sound, the combination works, though!

Beyond Fries: From Tasty Treats to Merch

The XPerience wouldn’t be complete with just buckets of fries, though! Expect to see Flavored Chicken Skin in classic Potato Corner flavors which start at Php 75, Loopys as in the curly kind of fries, and my personal favorite Friescream which you can get for Php 79 (large) and Php 149 (Mega size). They also have new refreshing drinks like Pop Coolers in dalandan and pomelo flavors at only Php 60 and R&B beverages like milk tea, fruit tea, or Milo series starting at Php 85, perfect for washing down all those tasty snacks and keeping you cool while you hang out.

For the ultimate Potato Corner fans, the XP store is also selling exclusive merch. Think cool branded shirts, plushies, and more with Poco – the Potato Corner mascot, smiling!

I’ve been dropping by the store from time to time since it opened and I tell you, there’s almost always people lining up to try these new flavors. It’s worth lining up for, though! A little patience and you’ll be able to try all these unique fries. 10/10 will buy again.

If Glorietta is too far for you, don’t fret because we heard that Potato Corner will be opening more XP stores throughout the year, so keep an eye out for announcements on where you can catch the next ultimate Potato Corner XPerience.
