What happens when you combine overflowing yummy pizza, good music, and a fun crowd in one day? You’ll get the best ever pizza party! In Yellow Cab’s case, this is really what they called their pizza-filled event held last Saturday (February 24, 2024) at the open space along Papa Bear Area, 9th Avenue in BGC. Pizza enthusiasts and OPM fans gathered to indulge in delicious pizza, enjoyed lively music, and explored fun-filled booths throughout the day. Manila Millennial correspondents Hannah and Jai of @funkopapi_ph were there to give us a sneak peek to lessen your FOMO feels!

The event was a celebration of all things pizza, with Yellow Cab treating guests putting the spotlight on their signature pizzas. May you like pineapples on your pizza or not, there was something for every pizza lover to enjoy. Attendees savored each slice while mingling in the crowd, exploring the interactive booths scattered around the venue, and joining stage games. Best part? Entrance was FREE.

Activities include the Half Moon Serve Game where attendees are asked to flip Yellow Cab’s Pepperoni Half Moon Pizza using the Pizza Peel and make it land right side up to win a prize. Registering, joining the Topping Throw activity, taking party photos, and playing the Half Moon Serve automatically entitled guests to join the raffle draw for yet another pizza party for a bigger group.

Adding to the festive atmosphere were performances by some Pinoy-favorite artists. Clara Benin, known for her soulful tunes, mesmerized the crowd with her acoustic melodies. DJ Margachi kept the energy high with upbeat tracks, while Lola Amour serenaded the audience with their unique blend of indie and jazz music. The live performances added an extra layer of enjoyment to the event, creating a unique bonding experience for everyone in the crowd. We even spotted some attendees carrying their loved ones on their shoulders just for a better view of the stage! So sweet, right?

Yellow Cab’s Best Ever Pizza Party 2024 was a success, bringing together pizza lovers from all walks of life for a day of celebration and enjoyment. It’s a different kind of weekend unwinding that we wish existed more often. As attendees like Hannah and Jai can attest, it was a day filled with laughter, good food, and fun moments.
