Can’t decide whether you need a drink or a massage on a Friday night? No need to choose if you’re around Quezon City because Massage Luxx Spa, the newest trending spa in the Metro, is offering both! The spa recently relaunched their Valencia Hills branch in Quezon City with fully-renovated interiors, facilities, and amenities that help provide a relaxing spa experience. The best part (at least for me)? A bar with free-flowing wine and snacks!

A TOUR INSIDE THE SPA

There are two branches — the main which caters to male clients and an extension branch dedicated for female clients and couples. However, in terms of facilities and amenities, both areas are quite similar:

Lobby Bar: This is where guests are served with mixed drinks and wine, as well as bar bites. If you’re not up for alcoholic drinks, Massage Luxx Spa also offers free-flowing coffee, tea, and cookies.

Revitalizing Sauna: If you want to melt away the tension in your body and detoxify, jump into the spa’s invigorating sauna! You can also ask for assistance from their staff in case you’re not familiar with how it works.

Dedicated Wet Area: Before and after your massage, you can cleanse your body (and mind) with a cold and hot shower, unwind in their steam bath, or soothe your muscles in their jacuzzi. The area is also dimly lit so your eyes can also get the rest is deserves.

Massage Rooms: There are currently 28 rooms in their main branch. Each room is separated with walls for privacy — something that I really appreciate given how much I value my personal space. Each bed has sheets that are changed after every use, too.

Aside from the Valencia Hills branch, a flagship branch in Libis, Quezon City is also underway! According to JV Cruz, owner of Massage Luxx Spa, this is set to be the “biggest and most luxurious branch” covering a 1,000 sqm space with 35 parking spaces, 32 beds, 2 private couples rooms with its own bathtub and showers, dry sauna, steam bath, a lap pool, and our favorite bar.

SERVICES

Massage Luxx Spa offers different services, including Filipino Traditional Hilot, Thai Massage, Sports Massage, Cupping Therapy, and Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Massages. They have 50 well-trained therapists who specialize at this. On top of the regular massage services, they even offer manicure and pedicure to complete the pampering experience.

Couples are also welcome to avail services together! Couples promo include a free exclusive wet area access, 30 minutes body scrub, and 1 hour and 30 minutes of Combination Massage: Swedish, Shiatsu, and Thai.

Services range from Php 899 to Php 2,000, all with access to their bar!
