This much-loved and classic combination is taking over Poblacion in Makati City with the opening of Nolita Joe’s, the first ever Pizza bar in Manila that brings together the best of both worlds: Nolita Pizza’s fully loaded pizza and Joe’s Brew’s renowned craft ales and brews.

Born from a partnership between Pat Santos of Nolita Pizza and Joey and Marco Viray of Joe’s Brew, Nolita Joe’s is a refreshed F&B concept located in the heart of Makati. Nolita Pizza is celebrated for its authentic New York-style pizzas, known for their crust with a delightful combination of crunch and chewiness. Inspired by the city that never sleeps, Nolita’s flavors are a testament to their dedication to creating unforgettable dining experiences. Meanwhile, Joe’s Brew has its roots deeply embedded in the local scene, starting from a humble garage and eventually finding its space in Poblacion. The two brands joined forces to deliver handcrafted flavors that are not yet found in the area.

2. A Lifestyle Affair: Pizza for every occasion

Nolita Joe’s offers an array of pizza flavors that cater to every palate and occasion. Whether it’s a late afternoon snack to wind down after work, a prelude to a night out in Poblacion, or a delightful nightcap after dancing and bar hopping, they have a pizzas for every craving. Choose from melt-in-your-mouth options like Four Cheese, savor the sumptuousness of Chicken Parmesan, relish the rustic and robust Wild Mushroom, or delight in the crowd-favorite SPM (sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom). These delightful creations are available by the slice or as a whole in sizes ranging from 12″, 16″, to 21″ pies.

Price ranges from Php 350 – Php 2300 for whole pies, while pizza by the slice ranges from Php 130 to Php 300.

Nolita Joe’s believes that pizza and beer are meant to be enjoyed together. Each pizza order is elevated by pairing it with their signature craft beverages from Joe’s Brew. Menu includes lighter hops like the Fish Rider Pale Ale and Sierra Madre Wheat Ale, and full-bodied brews like the 34th Pursuit IPA and Sunsweeper IPA.

For the adventurous souls, they also offer experimental IPA and Pale Ale brews that will tantalize your taste buds! Additionally, their fully stocked bar caters to all preferences, serving drinks on the rocks, cocktails, natural wines, and more.

4. Interiors inspired by New York dive bars

The classic pairing is elevated at the first Pizza Bar in Manila, thanks not only to the F&B offerings, but also to the space inspired by a typical New York dive bar, the neighborhood go-to that everyone can rely on for a fun, yet relaxed hangout. It features a fusion of Nolita’s industrial design, with subway tiles and metal fixtures, and Joe’s Brew’s steampunk aesthetic, with one-of-a-kind retrofuture decor and accents.

The pizza bar is also set to be home to events for all crowds, with karaoke nights, live DJs and watch parties for Formula 1, football and more. Diners can also host their own gatherings, as Nolita Joe’s is open for private events.
