Reasons to upgrade your TV to 2023 Samsung Neo QLED and OLED

Want to experience cinema-like viewing at home? Look no further because Samsung Philippines, in partnership with Abenson, has recently launched three new additions to its premium TV portfolio — the Samsung Neo QLED 8K, Samsung Neo QLED 4K, and Samsung OLED TV, suitable for every entertainment need.

Manila Millennial was able to get a closer look at each so here’s a quick run-through to help you decide which one fits your lifestyle the most.

Samsung OLED

Price: Starts at Php 74,999 (55″)

For those who use their TV primarily for games, the Samsung OLED TV is your best bet. It offers great contrast, low input lag, a dazzling 144Hz refresh rate, and a lot of gaming features. Aside from using OLED, it has a Neural Quantum Processor 4K for a brighter and clearer picture, authentic color display validated by PANTONE, real depth enhancer, EyeComfort mode for those who need adjustments after sunset, and Dolby Atmos with top channel speakers, to name a few. It’s also slim, taking up less space than other choices.

Attendees of the launch were able to test it with the game God of War. I’ve seen people play this game a lot of times already but I got to appreciate it more after trying it out on the Samsung OLED’s screen.

Samsung Neo QLED 4K

Price: Starts at Php 79,999 (55″)

On the other hand, if you’re a binge-watcher who enjoys streaming sites such as Netflix, Disney+, Discovery, and more, then the Samsung Neo QLED 4K is a good choice! Main features include Real 4K Resolution with AI Upscaling, Quantum Mini LED, Quantum HDR 32x, and Object Tracking Sound+. To make users’ viewing experience more enjoyable, it’s packed with Anti Reflection to reduce glare and Wide Viewing Angle to make colors accurate even when viewed from any angle. It even has a Multi View feature for multitasking millennials like me who need to constantly need to check their smartphones or other sources!

Samsung Neo QLED 8K

Price: Starts at Php 149,999 (65″)

If you want something that can turn an ordinary room into a cinema room, the Neo QLED 8K is the best choice for you. This 8K beauty comes in 65″, 75″, and 85″ to provide a home theater experience at its finest cinematic quality. I’ve seen it with my own eyes and picture quality is really superb! It’s almost as if watching events unfold in real life, thanks to its immersive Quantum Matrix Technology that is capable of delivering a billion colors and 33 million pixels! Just like the QLED 4K, it comes with a Smart Hub to combine entertainment, gaming, and ambient features in one. The Neo QLED 8K TV is also equipped with Motion Xcelerator Turbo Pro and Game Motion Plus for an enhanced gaming experience, even with PC-connected content.

I’ve only mentioned some of my favorite features and primary reasons to purchase each but full details can be found on Samsung’s website. All these are available for purchase at Abenson in Bonifacio Global City starting today, but early buyers from May 5-7, 2023 will be entitled to discounts and premiums such as a Dolby Atmos Soundbar, Samsung Freestyle, Samsung Sound Tower, premium dining course meal for two, free fixed bracket, and free delivery. Freebies and discounts depend on the product that will be purchased. For more details, visit Abenson’s website here and check out the promo posters below:
