When I used to do overtime work at an advertising agency, my colleagues and I would often grab a cold beer to keep our minds running even late at night. However, the good ones are usually strong to the point that you’ll get sleepy or woozy at some point. That’s not the case with the new Heineken Silver, though! This latest brewing innovation from Heineken was recently launched in the Philippines, giving drinkers a smooth, easy to drink, and premium alternative beer for social gatherings.

It’s made out of natural ingredients such as Heineken’s famous A-yeast, quality pure malt, hops, water, and as well as sustainably sourced barley that supports Heineken’s wide commitments to Brew a Better World. To create a distinct taste, Heineken follows a unique brewing process and ratio of flavors that bring out a balanced and less bitter taste with only 4% alcohol. A pure malt lager, indeed!

When it comes to the taste, it has that classic Heineken flavor but made lighter on the tongue. You can drink three to four 330mL bottles and not feel anything! I haven’t gotten past that number yet as of this writing, but I’ll make sure to keep you posted as soon as I discover my limit. As of now, I can say that it’s really light and good to pair with bar food or snacks!

Heineken Silver is now available for purchase for 18 years old and up in both on and off-trade retail channels. It comes in 330ml cans and bottles as well as 500ml cans.
