Beside U originated in sunny California with a goal to “earn a place by your side”, thus, the name. It started as a small handbag crafting business in 1979 and eventually boomed into a brand that is now available in 14 countries and counting. It’s not an ordinary bag brand, though! Beside U is now known for their Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)-blocking technology embedded in each bag, which has become a necessity after increasing worries over identity theft cases. The RFID-blocking material in the zip pockets of bags will help save us from losing valuable information and most especially, hard-earned money even as we’re out and about.

Aside from the RFID-blocking material, Beside U also offers water-repellant variants that are also lightweight, functional, and easy to clean. These are essential things to look for in bags today since we need to disinfect everything that goes out of the house to prevent deadly viruses from entering our safe spaces.
