Four down, one more character to go! In today’s #CesPlays video on YouTube, we unboxed and assembled the Miniso Microblocks version of Finn from Adventure Time (Cartoon Network). I’ve already mentioned this a month ago but for those who are new to the page, let me just reiterate how much I love Adventure Time because of its unusual stand on certain topics and how they used a cartoon to educate both kids and adults. Probably one of the OGs in the “woke” cartoon generation from 2014 onwards (together with Steven Universe)!
We created a 5-minute video of the (almost) hour-long assembly time of these Finn microblocks. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to buy Jake before the quarantine, so Finn has to join Peppermint Butler, LSP, and Princess Bubblegum for now:
Please subscribe if you want to see more building blocks, puzzles, and other random toys on the page. The extended community quarantine has been quite challenging for us on a mental and emotional level so we’re just trying to keep our spirits up by going back to the things that make us happy – TOYS.
For those who are curious about where we got the Adventure Time microblocks in the video: We got these from Miniso at around Php 299 or 399 – I already forgot, sorry! Will update you as soon as I visit Miniso again. <3

Keep safe and healthy, everyone!
