Because our birthday falls in July, we’re adding more festive features on the blog! The spotlight is now on a unique cake that you can get for yourself, for a loved one, or anyone celebrating a special occasion this month – without breaking the bank. We know it’s easy to stack-up doughnuts for a DIY cake but Krispy Kreme can do it for you in a presentable way, complete with a golden candle and a box!

In celebration of their anniversary, the Home of Original Glazed Doughnuts whipped up its newest, limited-edition Mini Birthday Cake doughnuts that makes three simple doughnuts look as good as an actual cake. It’s made out of three premium chocolate-coated doughnuts with Bubblegum, Strawberry, and White Chocolate stacked together. To make it more special, it’s topped with melted dark chocolate, sprinkled with rainbow nonpareils (those tiny sugar balls), and lightly dusted with edible gold glitter dust.

If you’re familiar with what Krispy Kreme doughnuts taste like, you can probably tell what this is like. The top three things that I like most about this trio are (1) the dark chocolate drizzle because I personally love dark choco over any other types of choco, (2) the gold dust because it makes me feel more special (LOL!), and (3) the variation of flavors because they’re arranged according to how much I love the taste – white chocolate being the best!

Every purchase comes in a cute easy-to-assemble Happy Box, similar to those being used by popular fastfood chains. This one looks more artsy, though! One side has an image of a dog, probably since they know how much we all love our furry friends.

The Mini Birthday Cake doughnuts are available in all Krispy Kreme stores until July 31, 2019 only for P149. We hope this makes you smile as much as we did when we received it! So #TooCuteToEat!
