Beyond having great hair and elegant makeup, people behind La Provence continue to prove how fashionable they are through everything they showcase. Just recently, the modern salon and beauty cafe turned into a runway for Jewels & Fabrics: A Jewellery and Fashion Show by Ann Ong and John Guarnes for Fabrics Nation.
Unlike other fashions shows, La Provence highlighted their new hair products together with the stylish ready-to-wear outfits, bags, and jewelries that were proudly made by Filipino talents. The night of eleganza was attended by the likes of celebrity Tessa Prieto-Valdez, Philippine Fashion Week producer Audie Espino, and fashion designer Boyet Dysangco.
Each velvet outfit says so much about the personality of the wearer. Only the brave souls who dare to stand out of the crowd can strut the streets in these stylish designs. As for the earrings, statement necklaces, and bags – they’re all eye-catching and can go very well with a chic plain dress or top for those who prefer versatile pieces in their closet.
Here are some of our favorite looks and pieces from the runway, captured by the event’s official photographer, Raymond Sandrino:
According to Mehdi Moussaoui, one of the best hair stylists here in the Philippines (we’re claiming it for him!), the items on the runway will be available online soon. However, the hair products modeled during the show are already available in La Provence.
For more details about La Provence’s services, you may follow their Facebook page or visit them at the 3rd Floor of Central Square, BGC. On the other hand, Ann Ong’s collection is available in her store at Shangri-La The Fort, just across Central Square. Which are your favorites from these photos?
